When will this systems upgrade occur?

The upgraded experience will be available on 1/25/2022. Mabrey Bank’s online and mobile banking services will be unavailable from 7 p.m. on Monday, 1/24/2022 until 7a.m. on Tuesday, 1/25/2022. Please note that your online and mobile banking services, including Cash Management, will not be available during that time.

Will my personal online banking change and how do I log in the first time?

Digital banking, online and mobile, will not be available during our conversion from 7 p.m. on Monday, 1/24/2022 until 7 a.m. on Tuesday, 1/25/2022.

The first time you log in to the new system you will be able to use your existing User ID, unless you have been notified. You will also log in to the new system with the same password that you previously used. After you log in, you will be asked to go through the two-factor authentication process and accept the end-user license agreement. Once you do that, simply follow the prompts and you will then see the new digital banking solution.

Will I have to download a new mobile banking app?

Yes, the new mobile app will need to be downloaded from the app store. Search for the App Name: Mabrey Bank

What do I do if I have forgotten my username and/or password?

If you do not remember your username and/or password the first time you login to the new digital banking, you will need to contact customer service to have it reset.

If you have already logged in to the new digital banking but have forgotten your username or password, you can use the “forgot?” link on the login page.  For more information, please refer to the Account Recovery video. 

Will it affect my Checking, Direct Deposit, Savings, CDs, Loans or Account Numbers?

No.  All your deposit and savings accounts and loans will remain exactly as they are now, and your account number(s) will not change.

Will I still be able to continue to use my debit card?

Yes. Your current debit card will continue to work during and after the system upgrade.

Will it affect my bank paper statements?

No. All your deposit and savings accounts statements will remain exactly as they are now, and your account number(s) will not change.

What if I am enrolled in e-statements?

If your account is currently enrolled in e-Statements, it will be the same. If you were previously enrolled in text statements, you will need to enroll in e-Statements.

e-Statements are no longer available as an attachment to the e-mail you receive when a statement is available. You will need to log into your online banking to retrieve.

How do I enroll in e-Statements?

  1. Log-in to digital banking, online or mobile
  2. Select an account from the “Accounts” section
  3. Select “Statements and Forms”
  4. Select Enroll

Will this upgrade affect my Bill Pay?

If you are currently enrolled for Bill Pay, all payees, scheduled payments, and history will be available with the update.

To locate the transfers and/or gift payment options, from the Dashboard select payments, from the payment menu select Manage payments (located above the calendar).

Will my account nicknames transfer over?

Account nicknames will transfer over.

Will my account alerts transfer to the new online banking platform?

Alerts will not transfer and need to be reestablished.

How will this affect my transfers?

All scheduled transfers will be unaffected. Transfer history will show within account history and you will begin receiving a notification of your Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT).

Will I need to re-enroll for mobile deposits?

No, you will continue to have access to mobile deposit.

What web browsers are supported with the new online banking platform?
