Our Story
The Mabrey family’s involvement in banking began in 1906 when G.W. Mabrey joined the Board at Citizens National Bank in Okmulgee. Nearly 120 years and four generations later the Mabrey family has grown what is now known as Mabrey Bank into one of the oldest and most successful family-owned banks in the state of Oklahoma. With 15 locations spanning from Tulsa to Oklahoma City and across Eastern Oklahoma, Mabrey is now widely known as one of the best banks in Oklahoma for its high-quality financial offerings and personalized, friendly service.

Michelle Bordelon his small town bank is turning into a corporate too.
Hmm...so people cannot do banking before or after work anymore? I get that many things are digital now. But sometimes you still need to stop at the bank and do an actual deposit and now I cannot because you are not open outside of hours that a normal person works and would not be able to get to the bank because they are at work.
Hasn’t been the same since they switched to the “Mabrey” name. Continuing to corporatize and not think about all the small people who got them to where they are now.

Our second 2024 EXCEED Award winner is Ashley Morgan, a Relationship Banker on our Haskell team. 👏
When speaking to an elderly customer this year, Ashley discovered that the travel trailer he was living in had recently burned down and he'd lost everything, including his debit card. Ashley felt compelled to help. Through her personal Facebook page, she was able to raise more than $1,500 for our customer to help this customer get back on his feet after a devastating loss.
The care Ashley showed, plus the initiative to go above and beyond in service to our customer, is a perfect example of our mission at Mabrey.

100 Ways We Care: The Salvation Army USA
Throughout the month of December, our team members spent time volunteering for the Salvation Army, ringing the bells and wishing people a "Happy Holidays."
It seems like a small act but serving for the Salvation Army allows us to bear witness to the generosity and selflessness of our neighbors and puts the holidays in perspective. We love the opportunity to be bell ringers each year and are already looking forward to next year.

There is only one word to describe Anthony’s sweater…T-Rexcellent. With Santa Claws delivering gifts this year, you can expect a dino-mite Christmas. Just don’t tell him that Comet is pulling the sleigh.
Facebook Fan Favorite – Megan Malone
I imagine this is what it’s like to stare into the sun during a solar eclipse. This is an eye-searing explosion of Christmas chaos. Megan has managed to take every decoration from the Griswold family Christmas tree and create a cacophony of cheer. Congrats!
