Eligibility:
To participate, entrant must be a legal U.S. resident and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Directors, officers and employees of Mabrey Bank and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Entry Rules:
No purchase is necessary. You do not need to have an account at Mabrey Bank to enter a contest. Only one entry per person.
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
To Claim a Prize:
Winner will be notified by a Mabrey Bank representative and will have 10 business days from the initial date of contact to claim their prize. In the event no contact can be made, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn. In the event the winner refuses prize, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn. Winners must provide proof of age, current photo identification and a valid form of identification.
Consent to Publicity and Release:
By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Mabrey Bank and their employees, officers and directors from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the contest, from any contest prize, or from any publicity about the contest.
Miscellaneous:
By entering the contest, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification.
All decisions are final and binding. Neither Mabrey Bank nor its employees, officers or directors shall be responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. If a non-eligible winner is chosen, Mabrey Bank will randomly draw another winner.
Prizes are not transferable. Taxes and any additional expenses incurred by the winner are the winner’s responsibility.
